Starting from the primary school, Gülşen Altın completed her entire education life in Germany. She completed her higher education in BSA Acedemie de Ernahrungsbrater at Fachhochschule für Gesundheit in Cologne and became a Nutritionist.

In 2005, she carried the great success she achieved with Park Sima Slimming Clinic, which she established in 1993, to wider areas, and in addition to the slimming by diet, regional slimming departments, she also launched the sports department for obesity.

In 20 years of working in Izmir, she has served more than 7000 clients in Izmir and the Aegean region with a team of 15 people consisting of doctors, nutritionists, nurses, and sports instructors.

It was covered by Yeni Asır newspaper with a report stating that the people of Izmir lost 12 tons of weight thanks to Park Sima. In 2014, the clinic expanded its field of activity and today provides completely personalized service with a holistic health approach in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. Gülşen Altın completed her academic education in Germany with a specialization in holistic health.

She first reveals the main cause of the weight problem by looking at the person’s blood and sugar test values, then creates a completely personalized program, and aims to create a nutritional process that people will enjoy applying for a lifetime.

In her studies, she mainly focused on the relationship between eating and human psychology, and obtained strong resources about that eating disorder triggers behavioral disorder and behavioral disorder triggers eating.

She appeared in the main news bulletins of Fox TV, NTV, Star TV, Kanal D, and Show TV with many people she slimmed down. In 2015, she wrote the column named Gülşen Altınla Varolmanın Dayanılmaz Hafifliği (The Unbearable Lightness of Being with Gülşen Altın) in Sabah Newspaper’s Günaydın supplement, the column named Altınca in Milliyet Newspaper, and articles on the “Feel Fit” page of Diva Magazine. As a result of her collaboration with Eksen Group, she prepared the diet menu of Nişantaşı Salo Manje.
